|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, if you see something you wish to buy click shopping cart. Just follow the steps and enter the details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo cards through a secure server using 128-bit encryption. We also take payment by Paypal.

We also accept payment by cheque. All cheques should be made out to Felthorpe Lawnmower Services. You should allow 10 working days for cheques to clear, after which the goods will be dispatched (subject to stock availability).
You have the right to cancel any order. The Cancellation Period begins from the day on which the contract for the supply of goods is concluded (i.e. the day of purchase). The Cancellation Period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Goods must be returned in an unused state, and in their original packaging. The consumer is liable to pay for the cost of returning the goods to ourselves. We will return your money within 30 days of notice of cancellation (i.e. 30 days from the date the invoice was posted or given). This does not affect your statuory rights as a consumer.
Cancellation by us
1 We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
1.1 we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
1.2 we do not deliver to your area; or
1.3 one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
1.4 If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
|Shipping And Handling are included in the price shown unless otherwise stated in the product description. Goods should be inspected before they are signed for. Goods should be REFUSED if damaged sign and state reason for refusal on carriers paperwork. You must notify us via email within 24 hours if your goods are subsequently found to be damaged.

Scottish Highlands and Islands - May incurr and additional charge, we will inform you of this, you have the right to cancel the order.
Channel Islands - NOT Delivered to.
Northern Ireland - Will incurr and additional delivery charge, we will inform you.

|Delivery Schedule Purchasing from us
To purchase from us you must be over 18.
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your address and contact telephone number details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have taken full payment and verbally confirmed acceptance of your order. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the goods ordered.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price.
Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.
Most items are kept in stock, and therefore we aim to deliver your order right away. You should normally expect to receive your order well within 5 business days however it may take longer if items are out of stock. We will keep you informed of any delays.
NB. Once we receive your order, will always ring or contact you via w/mail to arrange a convienient delivery day.
Deliveries are normally between 9-5PM weekdays.
Please note: that whilst we try to ensure deliveries & collection run as smooth as possible, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for non delivery or collections of items on a particular day.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense ( including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|

|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted with 128 bit encryption using industry standard SSL . They are not held in clear text on any web site. EKM provides us with the shopping basket facility and links to a secure payment service provider.

|Guarantee All products come with manufacturers warranty of between 1 and 5 years subject to domestic use. For commercial warranty conditions please call 01603 754890
In the unlikely event that your purchase develops a fault within the warranty period, Felthorpelawnmowers.co.uk will refer you to your local dealership where the product will be examined by their qualified technicians and repaired as per the warranty details. This does not affect your statuory rights as a consumer. Collection/delivery charges may be incurred.
Felthorpelawnmowers.co.uk will not be liable for any additional costs incurred whilst goods are away for warranty repairs - this includes rental or hire charges for equipment from a third party.

All online orders placed with us are processed through a secure server (SSL). This secure server encrypts all information disclosed to us before it is transferred from your P.C. This ensures that your details are not accessible by any third parties. We take the subject of fraud very seriously and adhere strictly to the code of practice as set down in the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 & 1998. We do not keep records of your details that would be accessible by other parties online and we will not contact you unless your permission is given.

Returns Policy RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Recycling reduces the enviromental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Felthorpe Lawnmowers is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical product from us.
Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of seperately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
