The fully redesigned Airrex AH-200i infrared heater with mobile control, is Airrexs most compact fuel-fired heater model. It is really well suited for heating spaces up 900 M³ like terraces, garages, garden rooms, greenhouses, recreational facilities, leisure homes, caravan and even tents.

The heat produced by the The Airrex AH-200i infrared heater produces safe infrared radiation, which spreads evenly into the structures of the space or site to be heated. This eliminates the need for a fan but without reducing the quick heating effect. With its patented oil burner and exhaust piping the Airrex AH-200i will utilise practically 100% of the energy available in the fuel.

How The Airrex Works

The AH-200i has a patented oil burner and uses an electric fuel pump to circulate the combustion gases through its  ceramic coated pipelines to create heat via infrared radiation

The heater uses a triple combustion process to ensure a clean and complete combustion. Regular ventilation all that is required.

The sound attenuation is maximised by its silencing system, which is inside the exhaust pipe. This process compresses and expands the exhaust which makes the AIRREX AH-200i extremely quiet at only 48dB.

For ease of use there is simple soft-touch control panel which is lit via an LED display and has a remote control included.

Airrex heaters are low in emissions

Thanks to the fuel being utilised completely as heating energy, the emissions of the Airrex heater are extremely low so the need for separate exhaust piping externally in the heated space is practically not required. The AIRREX AH-200i heater runs on either biodiesel made from renewable materials, standard diesel or fuel oil.

No Dust – No Fan

The Airrex AH-200i infrared heater has no fan, the infrared radiation that is produced heats the materials instead of air, thereby also heating the air in the space. The heat is distributed evenly in all directions and feels comfortable even if positioned next to the heater. The infrared heat produced by Airrex AH-200i distributes more evenly than the heat produced by a fan heater.

No Exhaust Pipe Needed With The Airrex AH-200i Infrared Heater

This heater does not emit any burning smells or any visible smoke making the heater ideal for garages, garden buildings, summer cottages and terraces. An external exhaust pipe is only needed if the heater is used in premises where people sleep, so no need to connect a separate exhaust pipe to the Airrex AH-200i infrared heater when using the heater in garages, terraces, tents, etc.

Safety as a Priority

The Airrex AH-200i infrared heater is extremely safe and has versatile safety systems in place. For instance, if the heater gets shaken and has a chance to fall unexpectedly or a disturbance occurs in it, the inbuilt safety system immediately switches off the burner and disconnects any fuel feed.

An infrared heater running on biofuel

The AH-200i heater can run on biodiesel and on standard diesel or fuel oil. The Airrex AH-200i infrared heater is extremely economical and inexpensive to operate, the heater only uses about one litre of fuel per hour on full power.

Be advised that if used in temperatures below 10 °C, winter-grade fuel must be used.

ARE AIRREX HEATERS SAFE?

YES, the AIRREX heater is a very safe heater with its 12 different safety systems which include; an odour prevention system, overheating, fuel level, tilt, security system and automatic shutdown.

HOW DO I INSTALL MY AIRREX?

The wheeled heater is easy to move and position where you want so the AIRREX infrared heater does not require a separate installation, so just Add fuel into the tank and plug in the power supply, the AIRREX is now ready to use.

WHAT IS THE POWER CONSUMPTION?

It only uses 60W per hour when running, with 85W on start up.

WHY DOESN’T THE AIRREX AH-I200 SMELL?

The fuel is almost completely incinerated which generates no odour or hazardous emissions as with complete combustion with no carbon monoxide being formed. As AIRREX’s product development history goes back over 30 years, the heater’s function has been fine-tuned very carefully.

IS THERE OPTIONS TO CONTROL REMOTELY WITH WiFi?

In the AIRREX app you can see real-time information. View the temperature in the room being heated, diesel levels and whether the heater is running or not. Messages are also displayed in the app for information. The heater can be connected to an existing WiFi network. If no WiFi network is available, it can be connected directly to a mobile phone network with any 4G router. The heater can also be used without WiFi.

DOES THE HEAT SPREAD EVENLY?

Yes. Infrared heat is spread evenly and very far so no fan is needed – the infrared heater heats up materials, walls, floors and all other materials in the space.
