UC4030 Electric Chainsaw. This electric chainsaw is powered by a 2000w motor fitted lengthways, this allows the chainsaw body to remain compact, and also allows for the larger motor to be mounted to a 40cm (16") bar, making the UC4030A one of the most powerful and largest electric chainsaws on the market.
Superbly balanced centre handle with rubberized soft grip not only provides the operator with a more comfortable machine, but also reduces wrist injury, as the chainsaw requires no effort in keeping it level, the comfortable soft grip rear handle with trigger can then be used to guide the chainsaw into the work with total control.
The automatic chain lubrication, ensures that it runs smoothly through both the work and on its bar. The UC4030A electric chainsaw also features Makita's SafetyMatic® chain brake, this system brings the chain to a complete stop in a fraction of a second if the chain ever kicks back, the additional run-out brake stops the chain when the power is cut.
The UC4030A chainsaw uses the new quick and convenient tool-less blade change, the feature can be used for both blade change and blade adjustment. Supplied with; Bar, Chain & Cover and 10m Lead. The UC4030A has been designed for both the commercial and home user, the 16" (40cm) bar provides maximum cutting capacity for construction, logging and felling applications and, as you would expect from Makita, it is comfortable, safe and reliable.
